Do I have to pay upfront?
No. You receive a fixed quote
To confirm your booking date and time, a 15% booking fee is required.
The booking fee is applied to the final bill (deducted from your total).

How does pricing work?
We provide fixed quotes based on your items and complexity.

• Large / complex jobs: usually from £150

Do you provide two assemblers if the manual says two people are required?
We normally send one professional to keep costs lower. In most cases, furniture can be assembled by one installer. If additional manpower is genuinely required for safety, you will be informed on-site.
Do you need a parking space?
Parking is not usually required. If parking is needed for any reason, we will let you know in advance.
Can you bring the flat-pack furniture upstairs?
Yes, we can help if necessary. Please mention this in advance when requesting your quote.
Do you dismantle furniture, move it to another room, and reassemble it?
Yes, we do. This service is available within the same property. If the furniture needs to be moved and reassembled at a different address, separate bookings are required.
Do you assemble kitchen cabinets?
No. We do not offer kitchen cabinet assembly or appliance installation. However, we do assemble kitchen tables and other freestanding furniture.
